Bought these to replace the door speakers in an 08 Toyota FJ cruiser. need the (taco tunes) spacer for the FJ wit these speakers. The sound is great. Much better than stock (wafers), and these perform like no other 6X9 I have seen before. These crank pretty hard, and sound good 2 with added Amp and head unit.

These speakers are pretty sweet. They have a great sound, decent bass, and are very clean. The magnet is HUGE and they can take a lot of power, but I’m running them with about 75 RMS and they sound good. It’s a lot nicer than a typical 2-way because it has a built in crossover that you can actually see, so it performs similar to a component speaker. Over all I give it four stars, as it could be little better in the mids. It seems like highs are great, lows are great, mids are a bit muddled. But outside of that, good speaker.
