The retractable cord on this makes it almost impossible to use. Once hooked up the connection and sound were fine.

You get what you pay for . The sound quality is as good as a $20 cable . The return mechanism broke almost right away on both of the ones I bought.

I read the other reviews and thought “what are these people doing to the device to break it so easily?” Initially the sound was fine, we didn’t mess with the retractable chord a lot, but somehow, one month after we purchased the product, it only works some of the time. Not sure what happened, Oh well.
