Although I have always read the reviews for products I have purchased,I have never written a review for anything. This is not a review for the Dual HD radio/cd/mp3 car player,as I haven’t installed it yet,I’m sure it it is worth every penny I paid for it.Dual has been making quality electronics since I was a kid. I just had a comment on Amazon’s customer service. I ordered it in March and when it didn’t arrive when expected, I tract the shipment,per UPS it was delivered 4 days earlier. I contacted Amazon,with their amazing “help button”,explained to the rep and received a replacement 3 weeks later. the best customer service bar none.

This radio is a peace of crap. I bought it in janurary and is already messing up and sucks. The Radio portion quit working all together No HD or regular FM radio. Also the volume button is already wearing out I will try to turn it down and it will raise the volume instead and I will have to shut the radio off and turn bak on. Overall Do NOT buy this radio go for a name brand not this crappy Dual.

At this price this is a great head Dual XHD6425 CD receiverunit the HD fm is as good if not better than HD tv.

I found this radio on closeout at a large chain store and had it installed for a tremendous price. The amazon price is still excellent for all of the features this has. Build in HD, CD, USB input, Auxillary input, and bluetooth ready, and a remote. The sound was great and I had my brother purchase the same one. His is still working, but for some freak reason, my faceplate quit working, and would not connect after only two months. His is still going strong. I still can not say anything bad about it.
